Paclobutrazol

Prohexadione calcium

Before and after setting seedlings, spraying 25~50 mg/L prohexadione calcium solution twice can control the vigorous growth of seedlings, promote branching and rooting, strengthen seedlings, increase the number of flowers, and improve the fruit setting rate.

Sodium Nitrophenolate

Strawberries were soaked with sodium nitrophenolate 6 mg/L solution for 3-5 hours before sowing, and dried in the shade to promote root germination. In the seedling raising, use the sodium nitrophenolate 6 mg/L liquid to spray once every 5~7 days, and spray 2~3 times in total to grow healthy seedlings.

【2】Promote flower bud differentiation

Gibberellic acid

In strawberry semi-promoting cultivation, spraying 8-10 mg/L gibberellic acid liquid in the early stage of growth can make the first inflorescence bloom earlier;In strawberry greenhouse promotion, spray gibberellic acid liquid 1~2 times after covering for 3 days (that is, when the flower buds appear more than 30%), and spray the first time when the two leaves are not unfolded. It should be sprayed for the second time as appropriate, and the concentration of the liquid should be 5~10 mg/L. The focus of spraying on the heart leaves can make the top inflorescence bloom earlier, promote growth, and mature earlier.

(Note: The concentration varies according to the variety, the use concentration of shallow dormancy is low, the use concentration of deep dormancy is high, and the varieties that grow normally in the early stage of growth do not need to be sprayed.)

【3】Regulate growth

Sodium Nitrophenolate

After strawberry planting, add 0.1%~0.3% urea with sodium nitrophenolate 6 mg/L liquid, spray the leaves or irrigate the roots once every 5~7 days, which can prolong the harvest period and increase the sugar content.

Brassinolide

Spraying 0.02-0.05 mg/L Brassinolide solution on each leaf surface at full bloom and 15 days after flowering can significantly promote the growth and development of strawberries and improve the quality of strawberries.

Triacontanol

Spraying 0.1 mg/L triacontanol liquid at the greening stage and the first flowering stage of strawberry can increase the chlorophyll content, improve the efficiency of leaf utilization of light energy, and increase the yield.

Gibberellic acid

In the early stage of the budding of the top inflorescence, spraying 10 mg/L gibberellic acid twice, with an interval of 10 days, can significantly reduce the amount of rotten fruit and increase the length of the inflorescence. The average length is 20.8 cm. The harvest period is 13 days earlier than the control, which increases the economic value.

DCPTA

Spraying 20~30 mg/L DCPTA liquid evenly on the whole plant at the early flowering stage, after fruit setting, and fruit expansion stage can achieve good taste and juiciness, increase sugar content, increase the weight of single melon, early harvest, increase yield, and resist stress. Sexually good effect.

Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate DA-6

During the growth period of young leaves of different strawberry varieties such as “Sweet Charlie”, “Hongyan” and “French No. 3”, 20 mg/L ethyl aminoethyl hexanoate was sprayed on the leaves to adjust the stomatal conductance of leaves, increase the chlorophyll content, and improve the Net photosynthetic rate, delaying leaf senescence and promoting leaf growth;Before and after the flowering of different strawberry varieties such as “Saiwa”, “Shuoxiang”, “Fengxiang” and “Hongyan”, spray the whole plant with 20 mg/L aminoethyl hexanoate three times, with an interval of 7 days, and focus on spraying the inflorescence, which can improve the Strawberry yield per plant, fruit soluble solids and total acid content, improve strawberry quality and increase strawberry commercial rate.However, in most cultivars, the treatment of high concentration 40 mg/L medicinal liquid had an inhibitory effect on the growth of leaves and fruits, with the law of “low promotion and high inhibition”.

Naphthalene acetic acid NAA

At the early flowering stage, full flowering stage and fruiting stage of strawberry, 50~150 mg/L naphthalene acetic acid liquid was used to fill the flower center, and each plant was sprayed with 5 mL on the inflorescence and growing point with a syringe without a needle, and before flowering 0.3% boric acid was sprayed on the foliage for 10 days, and the deformed fruit rate decreased from 25.26% of the control to 9.92%-15.25%.Among them, the treatment with 100 mg/L naphthalene acetic acid + 0.3% boric acid was the best, and the deformity rate was reduced by 60.73% compared with the control.

Paclobutrazol

After strawberry planting, spraying 250 mg/L paclobutrazol on the foliage can reduce the number of stolons by more than 80%, and increase the number of new stem branches by more than 2 times, but it has no effect on the dry weight of rhizomes, increases the number of flowers and yields, and has no effect on the dry weight of rhizomes. The growth of strawberries in the second year was not affected.

【4】Improve plant stress resistance

Paclobutrazol

In the late autumn and early winter, 25 mg/L paclobutrazol can improve the cold resistance and drought resistance of strawberries.

Brassinolide

After the strawberry was injured by paclobutrazol, the growth was inhibited. Spraying with 0.01~0.02 mg/L Brassinolide solution 1~2 times can slow down the injury and restore the growth.

【5】Fruit preservation

Chitosan

The contents of superoxide dismutase and vitamin C remained at a high level after the strawberries sprayed with 1% chitosan solution were stored for a period of time.

Ascorbic acid and citric acid

Treating with 2% citric acid + 2% ascorbic acid for 1 min can maintain the appearance, hardness, taste and nutritional quality of post-harvest strawberries to a large extent, and the fresh-keeping period is more than 6 days, which can be used for post-harvest preservation of strawberries.

1-MCP

Use 0.2~0.6 mg/m 3 of 1﹣methylcyclopropene for airtight fumigation for 4h, and store it conventionally after opening the door for ventilation. It can inhibit strawberry fruit respiration and maintain high superoxide dismutase activity.
