Soaking seeds with 0.3 mg/L triacontanol for 12 h can significantly improve the seed germination rate, increase the enzyme activity, and promote the resistance of seedlings.
Choline chloride
Spraying 500 mg/L choline chloride liquid at the 5-leaf stage can improve the osmotic regulation ability of rape leaves under drought stress, increase the antioxidant level or inhibit its decline rate, and alleviate the damage to the cell membrane of rape seedlings by drought stress. In turn, the resistance of seedlings was enhanced, and the mitigation effect was more significant for drought-sensitive varieties.
Paclobutrazol
In the case of large seeding amount, high temperature or abundant rainfall, the petioles and plant heights of rape seedlings tend to grow too fast, that is, “tall seedlings” appear.Such weak seedlings have slow rooting after transplanting, low survival rate and low yield. In order to prevent “high-footed seedlings”, 15 paclobutrazol 40~50g per mu can be used in the 3-leaf stage, add water, and spray 50~60 kg.When planting, the seedling height decreased by 15.1%, the shrinking stem section was shortened by 51.2%, the root neck thickness was increased by 11.5%, the number of green leaves per plant was 0.4 more than the control, the leaf thickness was increased by 18.0%, and the leaf color was dark green. The chlorophyll content was 51.0% higher than that of the control.The seedlings with paclobutrazol were less damaged during pulling and planting, less damaged after transplanting, 2 to 3 days earlier for live seedlings, improved cold resistance, and less frost damage. The yield increase effect and economic benefit are obvious. The per mu application of 40g and 50g paclobutrazol increased by 11.6 kg and 15.0 kg respectively compared with the control, and the ratio of investment to income was 1:68.5 on average.
Uniconazole
Soaking the seeds with 15-20 mg/L uniconazole for 1-2 hours, the soil ratio in the seedling matrix is 50%, the seedling height can be cultivated ≤ 18 cm, with 5-6 leaves, and the seedling age is 30-40 d. Mechanically transplant seedlings to achieve factory production.At the 2-3 leaf stage of rapeseed seedlings, spraying with 50-100 mg/L liquid medicine can reduce the height of the seedlings, increase the thickness of the young stems, the leaves are small and thick, the petioles are short and thick, the number of green leaves per plant and the content of chlorophyll. The ratio of root to shoot is improved, and the seedling is strong.After transplanting in the field, the height of the effective branch position decreased, the number of effective branches and the number of angles per plant increased, and the yield increased by about 7.9%.

Gibberellic acid
Spraying 20-25 mg/L gibberellic acid liquid on the leaves during the flowering stage can improve the seed setting rate of rapeseed.
Brassinolide
Brassinolide seed soaking and foliar spraying at the early or full blooming stage can increase the chlorophyll content of its leaves, and the seed soaking with 0.3 mg/L liquid medicine and 0.5 mg/L spraying at the full blooming stage have the best effect and can maintain a high level The time of chlorophyll level is relatively long, which can increase the SOD, POD activity and proline content of rape leaves, and reduce the content of malondialdehyde.It can increase the number of pods per plant, the number of pods and the weight of thousand seeds, and the yield is more than 10% higher than that of the clear water control.
Triacontanol
For the vigorously growing rapeseed, spraying the leaves with 0.5 mg/L triacontanol solution at the beginning of flowering is beneficial to increase the seed setting rate and thousand-grain weight, and improve the quality of the grains. The control (133.1) increased by 40.27%, and the number of seeds per horn was 18.2, an increase of 15.19% compared with the control.For plants with normal growth, spray triacontanol with the same concentration once more in the bolting stage, which can increase the length of the main inflorescence, and generally increase the yield by 10% to 15%. For fields with severe boron deficiency, the mixed solution of borax and triacontanol can be sprayed, and the yield increase effect is also obvious.
Sodium Nitrophenolate
During the flowering and fruiting period of rapeseed, the rainwater is prone to waterlogging. The field was irrigated through the test to create waterlogging for 10 days (the field was flooded with 0-3 cm), and the foliar spray of sodium nitrophenolate 10 mg/day was applied on the third day after the waterlogging ended. L can significantly reduce rape yield loss.Soaking seeds with 1.8% nitrophenol amine water solution 3 mg/L for 24 hours can promote the early emergence of seedlings, increase the number of leaves, and strengthen the seedlings. Paclobutrazol
The cabbage-type high-quality rapeseed varieties currently promoted are on the high side, and are prone to lodging in the later stage, resulting in many shaded corners and reduced yield.Spraying 150 mg/L paclobutrazol solution in the vigorous growth period can reduce the plant height at the mature stage by 17.2 cm and the height of the primary branch by 13.9 cm, and increase the number of effective branches at one time, the number of effective pods per plant and the number of grains per pod. It can enhance the cold resistance, disease resistance and lodging resistance of plants, the lodging rate is reduced by 30%, and the yield is increased by 14.3%.
Formaline
Formaline can make the fruiting branches of rapeseed compact, delay the capping period, prolong the photosynthesis time of the middle and lower leaves, increase the group photosynthetic rate, increase the yield by 17.2%-30.4%, and prevent lodging.The treatment method is to spray 40~80 mg/L of methicone solution in the early stage of rape bolting.
Fonidol
Fondanol is used during the reproductive period of rapeseed.In full bloom stage, spray foliar surface with 50 mL of 90% fenpidol EC and 45 L of water, which can control vegetative growth, promote reproductive growth, increase seed setting rate, increase seed weight, increase nitrogen fixation and root nodule number, and have certain disease resistance and Anti-lodging effect.
【4】Inhibit the generation of micro-powder in rapeseed three-line seed production
Paclobutrazol
The production of three-line rapeseed seeds in southern China will interfere with or even make the production unusable. The yield and quality of spring sowing seeds are not ideal, and it cannot be widely used.Although paclobutrazol does not have a direct effect on the micropowder, it can delay the growth and development and delay the growth period, so that the microspore development is in a temperature-sensitive development without micropowder.According to the experiment in Guizhou, the male sterile line of rapeseed “Shaan 2A”, spraying 300 mg/L paclobutrazol liquid once during the peak bolting period (about 1.6 cm before spraying) can reduce the plant height and achieve effective branching once Height, increase the number of branches at a time.Using paclobutrazol can be sown 10-15 days earlier, the plants are robust and free of micronized powder, and the yield and quality of seed production can be improved.
【5】Application of other regulators in rapeseed
Gibberellic acid
Before the rapeseed is transplanted, dipping the seedling roots with 15~20mg/L gibberellic acid liquid can promote the early growth of the plants, shorten the puberty and increase the yield.The roots can be dipped in gibberellic acid-containing fertilizer mud to shorten puberty.The specific method is as follows: use 18~25g of gibberellic acid above 80%, add 100 kg of water, add 2.5~3 kg of superphosphate, and add an appropriate amount of pond mud or loam to make a paste, while dipping the roots of vegetable seedlings in fertilizer Mud, while planting, cultivate soil and water well after planting.The vegetable seedlings treated in this way have more new roots and new leaves, and the greening period can be shortened by 3-4 d.
Naphthalene ethyl indium
Treatment with 50% naphthalene ethyl indine soluble powder or with acetic acid (sodium) (100 mg/L) had a good effect on the rooting of rape axillary buds in soil.In Changde City, Hunan Province, mid-September to early November is a suitable period for cutting propagation. The cutting axillary bud should have 3 leaves, soak the base of the axillary bud with the above concentration of growth material for 4 hours, and then cut into a well-watered and breathable seedbed to take root. The rate reaches 83%~100%, and the reproduction coefficient is 5~7.
Diquat
In the period of rape silique to yellow maturity (about 7 days before harvest), using 25g of diquat mixed with water for foliar spray per mu can reduce the water content of rape silique and grain by 52.66% and 24.84% respectively. The residues of diquat in rapeseed seeds stored for 14 days were 0.13. mg/kg, which met the safety standards of China and the United Kingdom, and no residues of diquat were detected for 21 days of storage.
