[1] Culture medium preparation

Gibberellic acid, naphthylacetic acid and indoleacetic acid are mixed with plant growth regulators when preparing culture materials: gibberellic acid was 10mg/L, naphthalene acetic acid was 20 mg/L, and Indole acetic acid was 10mg/L, which significantly promoted the growth of mycelium.

Brassinolide  In PDA medium and liquid medium, adding 0.06-0.10 mg/L brassinolide can promote the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium, delay the aging of mycelium, and prolong the preservation time of strain.

Naphthalene acetic acid   Naphthalene acetic acid with wheat straw as the medium, naphthalene acetic acid with 10 mg/kg (wheat straw substrate) and naphthalene acetic acid with 15 mg/kg (cottonseed substrate) were applied to the cottonseed shell medium, which could speed up the moisture transfer and increase the total yield of the mushroom.

[2] Increase production

Brassinolide  0.01% brassinolide soluble solution added with 4% prochloraz, diluted 5000 times, can increase the yield of pleurotus ostreatus by 34%.

Ethylene   Ethylene is sprayed once with 500mg/L ethephon in the bud stage, young mushroom stage and cap extension stage, which can promote bud emergence and precocity, and can increase production by about 20%.

Triacontanol  0.1~1.5mg/L triacontanol can significantly promote mycelial germination and growth, thus shortening the production cycle and reducing miscellaneous bacterial pollution. Adding 0.5~1.0mg triacontanol per kilogram of culture material can increase the biological efficiency of pleurotus ostreatus by nearly 60%. If the mushroom bed is sprayed with 0.5~1mg/L triacontanol at the young bud stage, the yield can be increased by 10%~12%, and the harvest can be made 1~2 days earlier.
