Gibberellic acid

The base of harvested garlic sprouts was immersed in acid with a concentration of 50 mg/L gibberellin and taken out after 10 minutes, which could prolong the storage and fresh-keeping period of garlic sprouts.

【2】Regulate growth

Ethephon

Onions form bulbs, which are induced by photoperiod. Under normal temperature, the formation of bulbs requires at least 12 to 16 hours of light per day.Experiments have shown that ethephon treatment can change the arrangement direction of onion cell wall components and cellulose microfibrils, delay cell division and directly stimulate lateral hypertrophy of leaf sheath cells;Alter other hormone levels in the implant;Inhibiting leaf growth and promoting the transfer of organic nutrients into the bulb can aid in bulb formation and enlargement under short-day conditions that do not induce the formation of onion bulbs.During the treatment period, when the seedlings had 4-5 true leaves, they were treated with 5000 mg/L or 10000 mg/L liquid medicine 1 to 3 times.After the treatment, the bulbs can be formed earlier, the ripening is accelerated, and the bulbs are enlarged, but there are differences in different varieties.

Sodium Nitrophenolate

Use in the seedling stage can promote growth, and spraying in the formation stage of garlic can promote garlic hypertrophy and increase production by about 25%. Use 5000~6000 times of 1.8% sodium nitrophenolate solution, and spray 50~75 kg of liquid medicine per acre of leaves.In the garlic growth period and garlic expansion period, spray sodium nitrophenolate with a concentration of 1.4% sodium nitrophenolate 5000~6000 times and 50~75 kg of spray liquid per mu, spray once every 7~10d, and spray 2 times ~3 times in total, can promote the growth of plants, the increase of garlic head and weight.According to the experiment of the Institute of Plant Protection, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, after spraying sodium nitrophenolate on garlic, the plant height increased by 5-8 cm, the weight of garlic increased by 4-15 g, the diameter of garlic increased by about 1 cm, and the average yield per mu was 1492.69 kg. , an increase of 25.55% over the control.（Note: For garlic spraying with sodium nitrophenolate, the spraying period and frequency should be determined according to the purpose of garlic utilization. If the purpose is to use garlic leaves, it should be sprayed when the plant begins to enter the vigorous growth period;If the purpose is to harvest garlic, it can be sprayed for the second time after 7 days in the early stage of garlic expansion on the basis of the previous spraying.）

Choline chloride

In the initial stage of swelling, 300-400 mg/choline chloride or 150-250 mg/L choline chloride solution combined with 10 mg/L naphthalene acetic acid were used for foliar spraying, and sprayed once every 10-15 days. Continuous application 2 to 3 times can promote expansion and increase yield.

When cultured in water, the best rooting method is to treat with 150 mg/L6-BA for 5 min and cultivate at room temperature, which can promote rooting.

Naphthalene acetic acid
